I changed my VSS today, but it was stuck on there so tightly I had to also remove the shaft (with gear at the end) that it bolts to - Long story short, once I got everything back together I started having only half-power, and I got a CEL for P1361, so I am assuming it was something to do with the shaft I pulled out - How can I get everything back to 'normal'?

 

Can be deleted - I figured out that it had nothing to do with the shaft - The puddle I went through also impacted the TDC sensor plug ...
