2014 Civic lx crank no start after sudden death

2014 Civic lx crank no start after sudden death
2014 honda civic LX 1.8L
Car was driving lost power and had to pull over. Crank no start..
Wont go into gear without pushing tow access
No communication with OBD
looked at rocker arms inside oil filler they move..slowly. But they move.
Checked fuses
Sprayed throttle body with starter fluid.
looked at ignition switch, has ohms ( heard it might be burnt out) not sure what to do next before getting towed to a shop. Don't have a power probe and also dont want to pull the battery to get a full charge. Worried about the radio code.
it has a battery sensor so i thought maybe that was an issue with the volts maybe getting low do to a bad alternator. The battery is getting drained from the cranking and i can only look at it at night so I think the dome light and running lights arent helping.
