ecu 2005 civic ex issues

my ecu 37820-plr-a73 went bad. i got another but it is 37820-plm-a74. Are these interchanable?

You need another 37820-PLR-xxx
PLM is for non-vtec and PLR is for vtec.

and make sure the donor car is 04 or 05 ex, older 01-03 wouldn't work as they have a different A/F(O2) sensor.
