Hi, I bought a 2000 Accord and replaced the engine. It runs well for 5 minutes and then shuts off. Leave it for a day and come back and you can restart but it will again, shut off after 5 minutes. There is still power to the distributor. There are 2 keys, one works and the other one doesnt. I am not sure if this problem is related to the key or some security feature. I have checked the min relay and it doesn't seem damaged and appears OK. New distributor and wiring. Have checked everything and cant find a reason for the shutoff. Any ideas will be appreciated.

look on dash and see if severe is a blinking green key or red key. Mine was doing that, and I had the wrong key.
