Icon6 '98 Civic Unknown Pull

Greetings fellow Honda enthusiasts.

I'll try to keep this short.

Vehicle '97 EJ hatchback that's 100% stock aside from adjustable camber goodies in front and rear.

So the car likes to pull right at a rate I'd like to say is "5/10". Not aggressive but not slow. My alignment is on point, toe is middle-ground inside spec as is the camber.
But I still have that pull that I cannot figure out.

Things I have tried/replaced:
- Alignment is on point and thrust angle was 0.02
- New rotors, pads and calipers slide freely
- New rear drums including hardware, shoes, wheel cylinders and shoe drag adjustment correctly set
- New inner and outer tie rods
- New balljoints both sides
- New upper control arms
- New lower control arm compliance bushings
- New trailing arm bushings
- Lower control arm bushings in good shape both front and rear
- Manual rack in good condition, very little play from the wheels @ 3 and 9 o'clock
- Wheels balanced and road force was well within limits
- Tires have slight uneven wear but nothing that makes you go "AHA THAT'S IT"
- Have tried multiple tire rotations in different directions

And now the bad/questionable
- All 4 steelies have some lateral runout but are barely within Honda spec
- I get vehicle shakes starting very lightly at 55 mph and by time I hit 80 mph it gets to the point where you'd say "oh crap I need to slow down some"
- Uneven ride height from left to right is about 1/2 inch difference
- Uneven tire wear but isn't all that bad
- Cheap china-style economy tires
- CV axles are clearly aged and cracking but not bad yet

Only thing I have not and cannot easily check is for bent suspension components. I am not educated in body/collision work whatsoever but nothing immediately looks different from left to right when I inspected the suspension from under the car while it was 8 feet up on a twin post lift.

So with all these things in mind, anyone want to help me brainstorm on this pull? (and maybe that 55+ shaking/vibration)?

replace the wheels/tires with quality units that have been dynamically balanced then re-evaluate

My next step would be figuring out that uneven ride height. How old are the shocks/springs?

Mileage and age are unknown. I've had the car 1 year and previous owner neglected the car pretty badly.

This was high up on my priority list but now it looks like it will be my #1 priority.

Bad bushings can cause all kinds of weird handling issues too.
