I have a 93 civic with a d15 and a p28 ecu with a skunk2 manifold as the only mod to the car it is not tuned by the way i cant seem to get 3 of my injectors to fire up i have a new fuel pump ,new injectors , new fuel filters ive check the 3 grounding points VALVE COVER .THERMOSTAT.TRANNY. ALL GOOD AND CLEAN I HAVE CHECKED FOR GROUND GROUND AT ECU PINS A24 AND A23 EVETHING IS GOOD THERE I CONNECT A TEST LIGHT TO THE POSTIVE POST ON MY BATTERY AND CHECHECKED FOR PULSE AT THE ECU SIDE OF THE FUEL INJECTOR WIRES ! WITH THE KEY POSTION ON THE ON (|) POSTION MY ECU WILL LIGHT UP THE TEST LIGHT FROM THE FUEL INJECTOR GROUND WIRES I TURN THE KEY TO THE ON(||) I LOSE THE LIGHT ON MY TEST LIGHT WHEN CRANKING INJECTOR NUMBER 2 IS THE ONLY ONE FIREING ALSO HAVE LOW TO NO SPARK IN 2 CYLINDERS . ONLY WAY I CAN VET THE CAR TO TUEN ON IS JUMPING THE 3 WIRES TO THE INJECTOR 2 PULSE ALTHOUGH IT BACK FIRES ALOT WHEN I PRESS ON THE THROTTLE ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANKS .

 

There are so many possiblities of what could be bad: the crank sensor is in the distributor which provides the signal to the ecu for the injectors to fire, the drivers to the injectors in the ecu could be fried: the main relay is integral in firing the injectors so either start like you have at the injectors and ensure you have constant pwr on one wire and and a pulse ground from the ecu on the other(are different color wires--pwr wires are same color) and work your way back to the ecu and then with a schematic check inputs at ecu-- me I would get a known good distributor, a good working ecu and good working main relay and if nothing changes then I would look for a wiring problem but hey that's me. What is your CEL light doing--does it go out as it should or does it stay on--this is another clue which usually points to ecu or main relay problem if it stays on(then again could be the wiring to them) Has it been running up to now or never ran--check timing

 

Injectors go from ECU through tower plug C101 onto the individual injector connector on the injector itself. I would check to see that all is well at plug C101 first and then go from there. I say this being you said you are getting signal to one of the 4 injectors, so ECU seems to be operating as well as the distributor is giving signal and spark on all 4 etc.
