So I am new to the modified car scene so this kind of stuff is new to me but I have a 94 Eg hatchback civic that is B18C2 swapped the guy I got it off swapped ECUs right before he gave it over and gave me this speach on how it was just his own personal one with his Hondata settings but. I just pulled out what he put in the civic it's and a P06 from what I can tell that's from what the Eg civic was stock and the B18 came from a 94 integra will i just need to get one from a manual one of them and just plug it in or will there be some adapters or anything like that involved ?
So, the seller burned you out of the Hondata equipped ECU and bait-n-switched in a P06 ECU... which cannot come close to running a GSR engine in it's stock form. Two choices: 1) Get the ECU back from the seller that SHOULD be with the car, or 2) Order up a Hondata equipped ECU from a legit seller and get your car tuned.
