Default vibration problem

I own Accord 2014 sport 2.4 cvt. I love my honda, but I have one issue with it. extremely only in D and with depressed break pedal (car is stoped) it has a little uncomfortable vibration. I have changed all 5 mounts, spark plugs, cleaned throttle body and I still have this issue. yesterday I have found that the problem is in low Rpm 580-600 which happens only in D (for example on red light when car is stoped). normal rpm is 650-750 which my car keeps in R , in P in N but in D and in S the rpm goes down from 720 to 580-600 and starts the vibration (it naturally that on this rpm it will be) I thought that when heating is on also there is no vibration but I noticed that during the heating the fan periodically turns on and off, so when it turns on the rpm goes normal 650-750 mostly 720 and there is no vibration but as long as fan is off the rpm goes down to 580-600 and again starts vibration. So rpm goes normal not because of heating is on, it goes normal because the fan is turning on. also would like to admit that when I turn the light on also rpm goes normal and there is zero vibration. Now I know that the problem comes from low rpm when the cvt is in D and S. I also checked the cvt and it works fine.also Also I have measured the volts in P in N and R without turned light and heating is 12.2v -12.3v in D it is 11.9v -12.150v. with turned on lights 14.2v

Man, you have a cvt transmission! Sorry about your luck.
cvt transmissions are complete junk!
theres a reason mechanics tell you to avoid them like the plague!
I am actually very disappointed in Honda for even considering a cvt....look how cvt transmissions work out fo Nissans....they don’t, for very long at least.
I guess the only real option for a Honda now, is a manual trans. If you need an automatic, just buy a Toyota...they don’t incorporate weak transmissions.

I know that CVT transmission is not a gift but honda's cvt (new gen) is way better then nissan's or toyota's sleepy CVT. You think that the source of this problem is CVT ? because, there is low (not enough) rpm on idle, otherwise if there is higher rpm than 600 there is zero vibration. Anyway car drives smoothly and great, accelerates great. I understand that toyota is good car also reliable as Honda, but it has no such dynamic driving fillings like honda gives. Anyway thank you to recommend Toyota. what am going to do is at least to try to eliminate this problem completely and keep my accord for a while and than buy next gen 10th accord 2.0t sport or touring with 10 speed auto not a cvt .

Pull the MAF out and dump half a can of MAF cleaner into it. Spray into every port.
Pull out the air intake tubing and verify it is also free of oil residue from the PCV system.
Pull off the PCV valve and verify it is not full of oil. Clean it and the tubing to the air intake.

Oil misting of the MAF can cause a few issues with engine running, notably idle quality and top end power. Less notable is cruising the engine may not run as smoothly.

I don't know what the voltage output of the car should be if the ELD has the ALT turned off, but the battery voltage does seem quite low.

How did you clean the TB?
Did you do an idle relearn afterwards?
