I got a 92 honda prelude with a H22a4 swap in it. I purchased the car with the swap. What I'm having trouble figuring out is when I crank the car from cold it idles at 1000 rpms and as the car warms up the rpms gradually raise to 1800. I noticed that reveing the car will cause the rpms to get to1800 faster . The engine check light doesn't work and someone has bypassed the fast idle control valve with a plate. I cleaned the idle air control valve but that didnt seem to help much. The car used to not do this but has been sitting up for about 2 years. I'm about stumped, any help would be appreciated

 

Found it !!!! Lol ,vacuum leak ,i cant believe i didnt hear it .
