Hi guys I have a 2001 Honda prelude type se with a h22a4. I want to make it between 350-400 whp. Looking for build list the whole nine yards(engine to suppension). Planing to drive it In summer. Also want to put a turbo in it. my price range is $15000ca. Any help would be great.

$15K? Heck, with that budget why are you messing with a H22? Go and buy a R32GTS-t and have a car that will keep its value if you do your part and don't go overboard with turning up the wick.
