Default 94 Auto to Manual, Need help

I'm looking to swap my 94 civic ex from auto to manual. I'm wondering if a 99 civic ex s40 trans will work, I dont know if it's a b000 or a000. I also have a basic parts list but I was wondering if I could also get guide and part list threads linked in order to help me. Any info is greatly appreciated. Not sure if it matters but I have a d16z6.

You can use the transmission and shift linkage from the '99.

Manual axles from 92-2000 Civic will work. ABS axles are fine. The only difference is that they have the reluctor rings on the ends. If the rings interfere with installation for some stupid reason, just pop them off.

Make sure to upgrade the clutch and resurface the flywheel. Don't forget about the rear main seal too.

Axles through 2001-2005 also work! Which is great since these are OEM Honda and newer. Also, iirc, either manual or auto axles can be used(?).
