I have a 95 honda civic 1.6L, when in park or neutral the car revs really good and sounds like it has alot of power but I put it in drive and start going it's like it has no power and shift hard from gear to gear and I have to almost tach it out to get it to shift. Anyone had this problem or know what it may be?

 

How is the automatic transmission fluid level?

 

the fluid looks good and is on the full mark. Has new plugs, wires, cap, button, and vacuum hoses

 

When was the last time a 3x3 drain and fill of the transmission was done or has it ever been done?
