You provided several pictures and expressed confusion.

Can you provide some text based details? Year, Make, Model, Trim level and mods you are aware of of the car?

than can you provide details on what you are doing or trying to do and where you are struggling. There has got to be over 100 wires present there and we are just supposed to magically know the 3 or 4 you found that don't match diagrams?

Please, help us so that we can help you.

Civic c131 ecu plug... my wife cut it completely off but every wire is labled this ties into the j32 ecu harness correct (this is the dash side i believe)

J32 ecu harness plug... each wire is labled and the few with green tape on the ends connect with the civic c131 plug (by way of tapping into or cut and mend?)

Civic c101 shock tower plug (no blk/ylw wires) why ?

J32 c101 shock tower plug fully labled as diagram calls for (2 blk/ylw that get mended into 1)

J32 c102 shock tower plug fully labled as diagram calls for(no blk/ylw)

Civic c101 shock tower plug ( no blk/ylw) Pin 9 the diagram calls for blk/wht and its not located there...

Civic c101 shock tower plug The blk/wht wire is supposed to be in pin 9 but its in pin 1 (???) Is this still my starter signal?

Civic c101 shock tower plug Diagram calls for pin 10 blk/ylw for ignition My harness is blk/red... ... Its another one of those "is this the same wire jus diff color?)?

J32 "A" ecu plug Fully labled as tge diagram calls for... (Missing a few wires but pix n discription up next) The lables with green tape connect to the civic c131 plug ( do we tap into the j32 harness or cut and mend the c131 plug ?)?

J32 "A" ecu diagram : pin 12 pink immobilizer is there but in pin 7 (not as the diagram calls for) missing? Pin 13 blue immobilizer enable signal is in pin 12 (not as diagram calls for) missing? Pin 25 red immobilizer code is not in the harness completely the pin out on the plug/harness is empty ... missing? The only solid red wire in thie part of harness is the clutch relay in pin 17 ?????

A 2002 Acura TL Type S J32A2 with Auto tip tronic trans going into 1998 honda civic ek no mods on either vehicle... what we are attempting to do at the moment is mok up the wire tuk... but in the same breath get our wiring straight and correct... we were give'n a few diagrams to use each has been the same diagram jus written differently the ine i oosted tonight has ehat the others diahrams were missing. We are struggling at the point of connecting everything together as the diagram calls for but the diagram says it supposed to be this but the actual plugs or pinouts dont match some are missing wires such as the 3 immobilizer wires on the j32 ecu plug. Or like on the civic c101 shock tower plug the colors are off... the diagram calls for blk/ylw but the harness is blk/red and that specific c101 shock tower plug for civic dont have any blk/ylw wires to merge into 1 as the j32 harness does...

J32 ecu Immobilizer enable signal diff pinout than diagram calls for Immobilizer lights diff pinout tgan diagram calls for

2 of 3 immobilizer pinout wire in their current location on the j32 harness but not in their place according to diagram

J32 ecu

The 3rd immobilizer wire isnt in the harness at all completely missing actually that pinout on the plug is empty

Civic c101 shock tower plug theres only 1 blk/wht wire in tbis harness diagram calls for it to be in pin 9 of civic c101 shok tower but its not its currently located in pin 1 ans that supposed to bestarter signal

Civic c101 shock tower plug this blk/red wire is supposed to be blk/ylw for ignition... is it same wire jus diff color?

J32 c101 shock tower plug these are 2 of 4 blk/ylw wire the diagram calls for... 2 on J32 harness and 2 on civic harness (none on civic c101 shock tower plug)

Civic c101 shock tower plug no blk/ylw diagram calls for 4 2 on j32 harness 2 on civic harness...

For 100% clarity, you can use an EG (92-95 Civic) or DC2 (94-01 Integra) subframe.

Need any more help with that J-swap, let me know.

This is giving me ptsd.

K so this is J-series auto swap. Fun.

Im not 100% familiar with 03 and back CL/TL wiring, so I’m not sure how much good I can do you.

However, i can tell you that you need the pinouts for the driver’s side strut tower plug, the C131 plug, and the remaining Civic ECU plug.

The Civic ecu plug and C131 plug will be the means through which your ECU sends signals for tach, speedo, ELD, grounds, fan control, alternator control, and fuel pump control and through which your ECU receives switched ignition power (I think). Your wife should not have cut that plug off.

Driver’s side will be where your starter solenoid, ect gauge, oil pressure switch, battery light, ignition coils, injector (and possibly ECU power), ground, and O2 sensor (and possibly alternator power) wires will go.

If you look at your Civic engine harness where it connects to that driver’s strut tower, you’ll see that the small BLK/WHT wire on the chassis harness side becomes a BLK/YEL on the engine harness side and notice that the RED/BLK wire also becomes BLK/YEL.

Dont merge those 2 together.

The RED/BLK will feed power from ignition switch to coils.

The BLK/WHT is for your O2 sensors and (iirc) alternator power.

The rest of those wires are
BLK - G101
BRN/BLK - G101
YEL/RED - oil pressure light
YEL/GRN - ect gauge
BLU - Tach maybe?
WHT/BLU - Battery (Alternator) light
YEL/BLK - injectors (and maybe some misc stuff like EVAP purge solenoid, crank sensor, cam sensor, etcetera).

And the big BLK/RED wire goes to the starter solenoid.
