My son has a 2009 Accord that has developed a very strange wheel noise. At least he thinks that is where it is coming from. The right rear wheel tends to make a "honking" noise like a goose. It was only on occasion at first and then got more frequent. Currently, he says sometimes it doesn't happen at all, sometimes it is very loud. He took it to be diagnosed and they could not find anything. Brakes, emergency brakes, and bearings were all determined to be ok.
Any ideas?

? Is it possible that the belting in the tire is making the noise somehow?
