Trying to remove ign sw and lock cylinder because the key is difficult to insert and turn. I have the top and bottom plastic shroud removed and can see the shear bolts on the column. How do I access them? Do I loosen the 2 bolts towards the front of the column and the 2 bolts towards the rear of the column and then lower the column a bit?
