Whats up everyone, i picked up this stock d15b2 91 civic hatch not too long ago with plans to swap but have been dailying it for the meantime while saving money for the swap.
I've been eyeing up these b series motors from HMO but this will be my first swap so any advice would be appreciated.
I think sticking with b series is something i'd like to do with the car but on the same site there are k series complete packages with what appears to be the same if not better performance stock at a cheaper price, i could be wrong. I'd like to stick with complete packages as i am completely new to working on cars and this seems like a pretty good idea, i think they come with everything i need, i called HMO awhile back and was told i'd need the hasport efb2 motor mounts: https://hasport.com/store/index.php/efb2.html for any b series motor so i can pick those up too. I'm going to try and do what i can myself and the rest will probably be handed off to my local shop. I know it'll cost alot but i love this car and want it done. Any thoughts on these motors or better ideas?
