Car: Honda Accord Sport 2015.

I was wondering if somebody knew about this elusive driver door click sound.
I have applied lubricants on any visible moving parts on the door (hinge area), yet, I still hear this clicking sound.
Could it be the sensor?
Any idea?

Is this kind of problem covered by Honda 5 year warranty?
