What is this rattle? Help!

What is this rattle? Help!

I just got home and noticed a rattling sound coming from the engine. Didnt do any pulls, just drove casually. Checked oil levels last night and its almost at the full line. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like bad piston slap or loose valve train rattle. If you have a mechanics stethoscope or a real long screw driver you can isolate the noise to the head or block and go from there.
