They normally sell in the $150-200+ range.
What do you mean "Si" cluster? That's an SiR cluster, not an Si cluster. Also, if you have to not mind it being in km/h if you're going to run it. NBD if you're in Canada like me, but a pain in the US.
There's actually a device you can run that will modulate the speedo wire signal to register mph on the km/h cluster. I forget what it's called but I think it's common for JDM imports into the UK (which still uses mph).

 

I'm in the US. I'm wanting the 99-00 Civic SI cluster. Ya the kph will be kinda annoying but I figure you probably get use to it pretty quickly. I like the SiR cluster cause the rpm goes a little higher that the 9k on the 99-00 SI cluster and the SiR is plug and play with no modifications.

 

You can search for a 92-95 civic UKDM cluster, has mph, 8k redline and goes up to 9500rpms

EM1 cluster in a 92-95? I think you’re gonna have a bad time

 

Just get one out of a LX or EX Civic (92-95) and call it a day. Unless you're good and wiring/soldering, don't even bother with the EM1 cluster.
