Default cel doesnt come on

I've had to do a lot of wiring on this car but the check engine light don't come on it was coming on but I had to rewire the main relay when I turn the key on the ECU blinks 6 times repeatedly over and over again

The OBD-0 ECU will blink codes repeatedly when they are stored... anytime the ECU is powered up. Code 6 is for the ECT (Engine Coolant Temp) sensor which is a two wire plug found on the cylinder head just under the distributor. The wire colors are Green/White and Red/White. Check for any damage to the wires... this is common for 4G Civics. If all wiring looks good, replace the ECT sensor. Then unhook the battery for 30 seconds to reset the ECU.
