The above is 4 captures of freeze frame data. The transmission is a rebuild with 44K on it. The transmission fluid was replaced twice 2 months before the readings and had the same issues before and after. The old fluid was clean and pink. The filter had a light coat of material that was like graphite and so small it felt like more like cream than particles. (Note: the original transmission had the same type of slip and rough shifting).
Months ago I got check engine lights with the D blinking light often and the blink codes were always 7's. After I got a scanner the ODB were always P1750.
The Linear solenoid pair A and B was replaced. There was no transmission performance change but the CEL code changed to always be P1751. Solenoid B
was replaced but no change happened. The 7's still happen with the blink code. (Note: I think the P0780 a goof and has only happened once.)

The transmission slipping and rough shifting happens only when the transmission is cold. After about 15 minutes the transmission shifts fine. Given that it works fine when warm so I've gotten to think that the ODB 1751 code may no be correct. As a test I drove with Solenoid B's connector off. The transmission performed horribly so I think the wires are ok.
It may be that something else is triggering the report of P1751 and maybe from the EC/PCM. Given the 7 blink code is consistent when I get an ODB with 1751 on the scanner I think it may be possible the throttle is somehow off. I'm not a mechanic but guessing. Any input on this would be appreciated.
