I have a 97 Acura integra, so she'll turn over when starting her cold, the fuel relay sometimes makes a static noise, like there's some sort of electrical arking in the fuel relay box, I've got 3 fuel relays, same thing with all of them. So after she warms up, I'll shut her off and she won't start again for a couple of hours. The fuel relay either makes that noise or nothing, but the fuel pump won't kick in. But after a couple of hours, she'll turn over, with no problems.. Please Help!!

 

Sounds like your Ignition coil or ICM is going bad in the Dizzy.
