So I recently replaced basically my whole front end suspension except for the LCA , as I did all this whenever I lock the steering wheel all the way to the left or right the control arms seem to hit the Frame , also I hear a hollow knock/bump when hitting uneven surfaces

 

If steering causes the control arm to move, you have done something very wrong.

Can you explain a bit better?
