Default Honda S600 handbrake cables

Hello.
I have recently gained a 1964 Honda S600 Convertible with stretched out handbrake cables.
As such they both need to be replaced.

Does anyone have any advice where i can either buy
1) suitable OEM replacements (that i won't need to take out a mortgage for )
2) something that will work in its place. I'm thinking an old civic hatch cable may match up if I'm lucky enough?

Has anyone been down this path?

Thanks.

A brake specialist will be able to make new ones for you. Take the old ones in (or the whole car), pretty simple job to make cables. Don't go paying for original!
