is there a difference between JDM and USDM itr rear seats?

I see JDM ones posted, but look close to what USDM ones look like, are they the same?

Usdm and Cdn cones has the plastic center tray like all 2dr integra's. Jdm ones I believe are all fabric

The jdm tabs also don’t line up when you try to install them the metal prong tabs are in different location so your seat will not be buttoned down
