Crx wont start

My 90 crx won't start, when i turn the key to start it it clicks once. Could it be the starter relay? i already changed the starter and ignition switch but it still just clicks once.

Check your voltage to the starter. Google starting circuit troubleshooting and check youtube if you are unfamiliar..

Does the fuel pump switch on? if not it can be the ECU fuse or the main relay
