What gauge clusters and steering wheels are plug n play into a 99 Honda civic lx?
It's been a while..getting back into working on hondas. I searched but couldn't find what I needed...what gauge clusters and steering wheels are plug n play into a 99 civic lx?? Thankyou in advance.i think I've used 94-00 gst clusters in 92-95 civics..do they plug n play into eks like egs. If my memory is serving me correctly...TIA again
gauge clusters:
'96-00 Civics
1st gen CRVs '96-01
Integra clusters AREN'T plug and play or fit Civics without modifications

AP1 S2000 steering wheel (IDK about the airbag and cruise plugs if they are plug and play, but if not it's a fairly simple workaround). Also, the AP2 has a dual stage airbag where the civic has a single stage and I honestly have no idea how this affects things.
All S2000 wheels fit, airbag needs to be a 2005 or older... a.k.a. not specific to AP1/AP2. 1st gen Insight/RSX/EP3 wheels also fit. Not sure about the airbags in the latter two though. Insight wheel is identical to the S2000 aside from being molded instead of leather. Cruise control plug is easy to desolder from the Civic switch and add to the S2000/RSX cruise switch, no need to hack up the harness and it's reversible that way. Also nets you a cancel button
Clusters:
Direct plug & Play - Any Civic or First Gen CR-V.
As far as installing an integra gauge cluster into the ek what does one need to to for all the gauges to work properly? Is there a how to someone can point me to by any chance? Thankyou in advance. Chris
Is it even going to physically fit? I've seen them sort of fit in a 92-95 dash, but I don't think it will even be close in a 96-00. Might be why you haven't found much info.
