Do either of the fans turn on with the AC running?

Try checking the radiator fan control box under/behind the bottom of the glove box. It's a medium size black box that slides off the metal reinforcement of the bottom of the glove box, next the blue diagnostic plug. If it's unplugged (or broken), the radiator fans never come on.

Control box is good, fans turned on when jumping switch A.. ended up taking it into a shop.. supposedly I got counterfeit coolant switch sensors off eBay.. I'll never know for sure but the fans kick on at temp while driving now.. thru my DIY trials and errors, the temp and rpm gauges are shot now.. so I bought a bluetooth obd2 module and downloaded an app to monitor stuff.. got a CEL while trying to complete drive cycles, code P0401.. mother luv'n EGR insufficient flow.. once that's fixed, I can only hope to pass smog so I can register the damn thing so I can drive it off a cliff.
