Hi,

My car has problem starting randomly (Seems to happens more when sit for a night or when its cold). On the first attemps the engine is turning very slow and it doesnt start. I try again and it start perfectly.
The battery is brand new and the alternator is charging (14V). Cables are fine and the contacts are goods.

I would like to know what can be the cause ? I already ordered another starter.
Is there something else than the starter that can cause that ?

Maybe check the CCA on the battery. If its cold and you dont have the right amps? Maybe?

 

Update: this was the starter. Worn brushes. Now IT always start thanks
