Disassemble intake resonator?
Is there anyway to take apart the resonator? There's a bunch of acorns in it from freaking Chipmunks. Can't shake most of it out.
Plan on changing the air filter too

The whole thing just pulls right out. I think it 10 mm bolts, once they are out the stuff lifts up and out. You can leave it off like I did or clean it all out and put it back on if you want it nice and quite. The only downside to leaving it off is the filter may need to be replaced more often.
I can take it out easily, but I'm wondering if you can disassemble the resonator itself. It looks like they're 2 halves to it. I want to clean it out. Lot of acorns in there a vacuum and a blower can't get out
I think the 2 halves are stuck together. Like formed then pressed together while hot or even glued. I don't see why you can't shake it and have the acorns fall out.
