2002 Honda CRV KYB struts
Hi peeps. Second time posting this question. The last one didn't show up as I had included a diagram(pic) and i'm new here so I may not have the permission yet. Anyways. I recently purchased KYB 331051/50 (front shocks) and springs. I also purchased the KYB mounting kit KSM7152.
My question is, do I still need to undo the current struts and reuse the

7 - Seat, Front Spring (Upper) 51688-S6M-014
or does the KYB mounting kit include this/negates the need for this 2 parts.
Thanks in advance.

Is the KYB KSM7152 just the strut mount? All the listings Ive seen for it (oddly only AUS and NZ on eBay). Some of them make reference to the bearing, but nothing about the isolators. So it seems like you’ll have take them off and reuse the old ones.
Thats a question I would have asked the seller prior to purchasing.
Why didnt you go with buying quick struts? KYB makes them and it’s what I used when I did my 2002’s lift. They run rebates several times per year which I’ve successfully gotten $80 back from them.
