Default 1995 Accord no injector pulsing

I just finished doing piston rings on a 1995 Accord 2.2 manual and it first started fine. Ran it for 30 mins or so and then shut it off. Went to start it up again about an hour later and it wouldn’t start. I have spark and fuel pressure and runs off of starting fluid. Used a noid light to see if the injectors were firing and they were not. I looked for any grounds that might have gotten missed but I couldn’t find any. Wondering what my next step would be. Thanks

Did you disconnect the harness at the resistor box?
Recheck that.

Yes I did. All the connectors are tight and the wiring looks good. The resistor also ohms out properly

The ECM control how the injectors operate via the ground (-) side.

Make sure the ground bolt G101 (located on intake manifold plenum) is properly tightened. G101 ground is critical for the ECM.

A bad crank sensor (no crank signal to ecm)would cause no injector pulse, some check to see if there is any movement in the rpm gauge(albeit very small moment) when cranking to confirm crank signal reaching ecm. Not sure but If not mistaken crank sensor and cam signal are in the distributor in your accord. I know for sure in civic 90-95 it's in distr,96 onward down there in the crank gear/crank pulley area.
I use a scope for the signal but not everyone, so maybe borrow a distributor from a working accord?

I don’t have a scope to check the signal but the tach doesn’t move while cranking but it does behave normally if I give it a shot of carb clean and it runs for a little bit.

I put a good ecu and distributor in it but it still will not fire the injectors. Anybody have any other ideas?
