Pl3/6000 trany codes what does it mean???

Pl3/6000 trany codes what does it mean???
Just receive two trany one is marked with a pl3/3000 cast, so it's a SI tranny, but the other is casted pl3/6000 so what is that ??? I used the search option but nothing I can find is usfull !!
does anybody know from where it come ??
