Daytime lights and dash lights are out
Correction: Night time lights*
I put a sound system in my 05 civic 8 years ago. Its been great for 8 years, but recently I have been hearing buzzing through the speakers,
my dash lights behind the cluster and buttons are out, and my night time lights on the rear are out. I'm assuming the stereo
maybe a culprit, perhaps a loose ground, so I disconnected it but still same problem.
I checked all the fuses, they are good. Both my brake lights and my signals work so they are indeed
getting power and the bulbs are good, but when I turn on my full lights, the rears are not on, making driving dangerous in the dark. The fronts do turn on
Any help is appreciated

You do not connect the illumination wire with after-market head units as they cause issues like these. Find the wire at the back of the unit and unplug it.
Thanks for the suggestion. The illumination wire has never been connected to the head unit. The stereo is currently disconnected entirely.
When I turn my full lights on I do hear a buzzing sound coming from near the firewall.

Then that's most likely your DRL module giving you grief. I believe there is a fix by soldering the DRL module.
The fix:
I don't like this solution as it unplugs the DRL so you lose them.

Or it could be a bad headlight relay in remote cases but most likely the DRL issue.
"Google "Honda Civic Full Meal Deal" regarding the DRL Relay and the DRL Module. There are bad solder joints in the DRL Module (located under dash on Drivers side) that cause the DRL Relay (passengers side behind glove box) to chatter. If it is still chattering you need only fix the bad solder joints in the module ELSE the DRL 10 Amp fuse has blown because the DRL Relay Snubber Diode has shorted out because of the chatter. See civic2001 handle at www.hondacivicforum.com for additional instructions."
The buzzing on the driver's side would be the DRL. Buzzing behind the glovebox would be the relays.
