Default honda accord 2007 i4 sedan with cxracing turbo kit

I bought cxracing tsx 04-08 turbo kit from cxracing, and instead using the turbo that came with it, i bought a precision turbo
fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, 2" exhaust with cat, and ktuner. No other mod. will update more info later.

feel free to comment because any is appreciated

Nice! What size turbo? What power are you making with this setup? I have a 2003 Accord Coupe with a 5 speed and I plan on either a S/C or turbo in a few years.

4" turbo. I'm trying to "self-tune" first but with the basemap and some amateur adjustment, it's making 210hp at 10psi.

I wouldn't mess with self tunes, take it to someone who knows what they are doing. How bad was the return line? What are your two feed lines?

do you mean the oil feed? it came with turbo oil line kit, drilled a hole in oil pan and plug in adapter.
I picked the force induction option and flashed to ECU, I modified injector sizing, VTEC settings, still learning each parameter little by little. It runs much better than a V6 so i guess that's a plus.

after watching numerous people doing self-tuned, i learned and got to this point... will update if i mod it better

I also added a MagnaFlow 14832 exhaust.
I don't know why it's not giving a turbo lag or sudden boost like my friend's car but i'm happy with the linear acceleration.

I've put about 4k miles and no issue. Overall, i'm very happy. I could have and should have larger exhaust.

First of all, you are crazy.

Second of all, this is awesome!

Looks clean, I would probably do a battery relocate to the rear and get the air intake into the front, but otherwise cool!

Hi I've been following this build for a while now and I recently started my own build. Mine is the same year accord nothing done to it it has:
A Greddy turbo kit from an rsx
with a garrott ball bearing turbo
Hks bovSynapse wastegate set at 10lbs boostAnd a 2.5 inch straitpipe going to a twin loop muffler
I highly recommend a bigger exhaust because it allows the turbo to spool a little bit more and you would have more boost on the tip end. I Also read that smaller exhausts can often mess up the turbo seals because it chokes the turbocharher's exhaust flow. This is probably why the powerband is more linear. I would also would like to know how you did the selftune and some tips or tricks possibly. Thank you for this awesome fourm.

From the ktuner, I selected the force induction map, then started changing the parameters. I attached it here so you can compare the original vs what I did. It was really trial and error tune so to tell you how I did it would be tough. Over time I kept making changes but nowhere I can possibly adjust the way I want it. I think I need larger exhaust pipe like you said.

By the way, if you upload your tune, I'd like to try it on my car.

Finally put on dyno and fine tuned to @265HP, 12psi. Nice extra power. Overall the car run perfect without issue.

this is my first time putting a turbo in a car and I was wondering if you could link or just let me know what specific fuel injectors and other parts that didn’t come in the kit. I’m trying to price it out so I can start my build!
