Ok so I'm rebuilding a VTEC from scratch.
But while doing assembly on the rear end I'm stuck with how to proceed in the right way.
I need help on how to allign the outer bushing on the lower control arm in the body of rear trailing arm.
As you can see from the pictures the shock creates an angle on the lower arm that doesn't allign where the trailing arm is located.
Is this normal or is something wrong with the upper control arm bushing position ?
If it's normal how do I proceed ? Throw a jack under the lower arm/shock and push it up in the trailing arm ?
I can wiggle and pull the trailing arm down but it seems to put too much pressure on the bushing that connects the upper control arm to the body.
So I'm a bit afraid to stress the bushing of the upper arm and at the same time not sure if the setup is correct.
