1989 Prelude

I have a 1989 Prelude and the inner belt (alternator one) is rubbing against the timing belt cover . I can't see why . Could cover be warped ? Any ideas ? Baffled !

yes, the covers warp over time, especially if it's been wet with oil for a long time

It appears to be on the right way . I will have to remove some parts and get a closer look I guess .
