Default F18A3 head swap

Hey all!
I come here for some advice and info what I have not been able to find myself so here it goes:
I have 1997 honda accord ce7 with 1.8 engine F18A3, and I am going to swap F20Z1 head into it. I am planning on to mill the head but for how much? F18A3 has compression ratio of 8.9:1 and well F20Z1 head is pretty much indentical with F18A3 head except the camsaft. I was thinking between 0.5-1.0mm milled from the head, if so can I still use 95 octane fuel (europe) if I shave 1.0mm from the head, and where would my compression ratio jump to?? Huge thanks for any help or advice in advance
