I have this 2000 Honda Crv. This part in the picture has rusted and snapped. Is it worth fixing for a reasonable amount of money? Or should I just junk it?

Hm, not the xhaust, not the shaft, must be something thats welded on the unibody. can you get more pics?

 

i tried to get the whole thing and some of where it is near. let me know if these help or if i need to get more of what it is next to to help determine what it is. thank you.

That is the Driver Side Fuel Tank Rear Frame Brace, Honda part number 74600-S10-A01. List price is $62.97. You can get it for less through online dealer.

That only bolts on, relatively easy replacement. From the photos, it mainly looks like that is the only part that is rusted through. If the car runs fine, keep the car.
