49cc to 80cc - engine rebuild after lock due to no oil
I have seen a big bore kit on ebay for $35 to take a Ruckus engine from 49 to 80 cc.
A couple of years ago, I let my 03 Ruckus run out of oil (dumb move, I know). I replaced the old engine with a Metro 50 but would like to rebuild the old engine. Is a bore kit like this all I would need to replace the damaged parts on my old engine?
Thanks.

**THERE IS NO BIG BORE KIT FOR THE Honda 'GET' ENGINE ON eBAY!!! THE KIT IS NOT FOR ANY YEAR Honda Ruckus**
If your "Ruckus" is actually an Icebear Maddog, then this kit will work for your 49cc GY6 engine.
If your "Ruckus" is actually a Honda Ruckus, then this kit will not work for your 49cc GET engine.
The kit you are seeing is for the 49cc GY6 motor, which is absolutely NOT compatible to a Honda 'GET' motor.
There was a kit made by some Ruck guys that upped capacity to 59cc, and one that was 66.6cc. Anything more would destroy the engine.
Sorry for shouting, lol.
