K tuned B series Throttle Body Issue
Hey guys, I've done a ton of searching before this post and I haven't seen anyone with the issue I have. I just bought a K-tuned B series throttle body and installed it yesterday. When I depress the gas pedal all the way down (WOT, with the car off) it seems that the butterfly valve does not open all the way. I still have to rotate about a quarter inch to fully open the valve. I've tried to adjust he Billet Wheel to where I can open the valve full when depressing the pedal, but now the problem is the valve won't close all the way when pedal is off, leaving the valve slightly open with high idle. I'm running out of ideas of resolving this. I have a 92 Civic Hatch with a B18C1 swap, Type R intake manifold, throttle cable, and throttle bracket.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if I have to buy K-tuned's throttle cable and bracket to resolve this.

Please post a picture of the first throttle wheel position where the blade doesn't open all of the way and then a second picture where the throttle wheel allows full open but doesn't close all of the way. Normally, the idea is to move the throttle wheel so that the cable tab opening is between the 9 and 10 o'clock position with the T/B installed on the intake manifold and you are facing the throttle wheel from the front of the car. Then adjust the cable as necessary. If you cannot adjust the cable length properly, as in it is too long or too short, let us know here and we can recommend a cable that may fit better.
The K-Tuned bracket would be used with a GSR throttle cable and would pull away from across the intake manifold like a Type R cable would.
