This is a 1998 Honda Civic four door, automatic, 1.6 liter d16y7 engine, LX model with power windows, power locks, cruise control, etc.

Engine: Very good condition for the age of the car. Mileage is about 180,000. New Honda brand battery. No leaks or rattling noise from the this car. Air conditioner is cold/heater is working hot. Some of the are conditioner parts are new, everything is maintained, no check engine lights, timing belt and water pump were changed in the last few years.

Transmission: Automatic in good condition, shifts and doesn't have any problems.

Interior: All interior locks and windows work. Power rear view mirrors work.The radio is a new factory replacement. It could use tint (I removed the old tint recently).

Body: The part of the car not in so good condition, although not bad. Only 2 small rust spots on the roof that are about 1 inch long. No hail damage. Paint is grey but faded throughout. It could use new paint, but it's not faded down to the metal. No accidents or large dents. Driver door has a small dent.
The spot you see tape close to the antenna near the driver's door is because that silver trim piece sticks out. One or two of the clips holding it on broke, so it could easily be glued down or replaced. I put outdoor tape over it and it doesn't leak in the rain.

Suspension, Brakes, and tires are all in good condition.
