Hi! I’m having an issue with my passenger side window. It will go up and down using the button on the passenger door, but will not go down with the driver’s door controls. Since it goes up and down, it’s obviously not the motor. When using the driver’s control, the window doesn’t make a sound. I’m thinking it could be a fuse issue? Any help or tips are appreciated!

Try resetting the passenger side power window switch:

Turn car on with all windows up.

• At the passenger side window switch, lower the window down all the way and continue to hold the switch for an additional 5 seconds after the window is completely down.
• At the passenger side window switch, raise the window up all the way and continue to hold the switch for an additional 5 seconds after the window is completely up.
• The Auto Up/Down function should work from the passenger side window switch and it should also now work using the driver side window switch.
