Rear Suspension--Service Manual deciphering
Hey all, I've ordered a bunch of rear suspension parts (aftermarket--Mevotech Supreme) from Rock Auto and finally have a few days clear!
However, in the service manual under the topic "Rear Suspension--Suspension Arms" it states (on the page with the parts blow up diagram): "CAUTION: Any nuts or bolts connected to rubber mounts or bushings should be with the vehicle on the ground."
They certainly don't mean installed, do they? Were they trying to say "torqued"?
Thanks!

Also, can anyone recommend a specific order to remove these parts? The service manual doesn't say.
I'm sure some of it will be a logical progression, but just like to to have a better idea before I start. I am replacing the struts (Monroe Quick Strut), various upper/lower arms and trailing arms & bushings for the stabilizer bar.
