hello, I’m trying to get my honda CRV to talk my text messages back to me and was wondering what phones everyone is using for this to work? I called the dealership and went through all the settings with no luck. They concluded that it’s my phone but couldn’t recommend a phone that would work for sure. Their advice was to ask other CRV drivers.

Heres a little background: I’m not sure what trim it is, but my friend with a lower grade trim got her talk back to work, so I’m hoping I can too. I have the moon roof and heated seats, but no leather. I can initiate a call or text with my voice through the car so I know it’s linked. I’ve been through all the settings while in park to see if somethings else could be turned on. No luck. Please help.
