Default 2002 civic won't start HELP!!!

Ok, backstory time. I have this 2002 ex civic that I've had for a while but never drove it. I would from time to time start it up and let it idle to keep the battery charged and get the fluids moving. My dumbass one day started it up and went inside and forgot about the car. 6 hours later it hit me and I ran outside and car was dead, ran out of gas. It sat for a few months after that and I decided to tinker with it again. Battery was dead at this point, replaced it. Couldnt hear the fuel pump prime, replaced it, replaced the main and fuel pump relays also while I was at it. I get the pump to prime, pull off the feed line at the rail, shoots out gunk. I pull the injectors and rail out and rebuild them, 2 are dead, replace those. I dump 9 gallons of gas in the tank and pump out a quart and a half of gas to make sure the lines are clear. I have fuel coming out of the injectors now. I have spark coming out of each plug, but the car wont start. I pulled the oil cap off, cam is moving so belt didn't snap. When I pulled the rail off to test the injectors firing, I get backfire like it wants to start, but nothing when rail is in. I've sprayed starting fluid down the throttle body and still no start. I'm stumped at this point and would love some suggestions

a compression test would be in order for the 3rd elimination , For some reason the fuel pressure may be low , I replaced one and it would " act up " once in a while . Check for power and good ground at the pump disconnect .

Make sure you have compression amdnd im not sure but there may be an immobilizer on the 02 civics though im not too sure but if there is you should be able to see a gresn key light flash if it stays flasshing when turning it over then you need to reprogram the key

I thought this video was pretty good as it was clearly explained and methodical. I'll spoil it for you to save you time: in this person's case it was a loose timing belt that was causing it not to start:

Even if that's not the cause for you, the video is useful for the steps to take to diagnose no-start.

I think it was a nissan that would run for a few seconds and die , loose timing belt after they hooked it up to an analyzer that showed the timing scatter after it started . Or something like that .
