2015.Wont turn over. It has tail lights and the blinkers make noise but no other than that there are no lights. There is a clicking noise coming from both the ignition switch and the ignition coil. I already changed the spark plug, fuel filter, and fuel pump. Plz help

 

It could be the starter relay. It's the big square blue one on the positive side of the battery terminals. Check the other fuses while you're there.
You may need to charge your battery. Headlights only work when bike is running.
