Hello to my fellow Honda owners,

In brief....

I have been travelling around the world with my old 1988, 4th Gen Honda Civic since 2005. In 2013 I drove back to the Honda factory which made the car in Suzuka, Japan (where I was welcomed by around fifty employees outside the main entrance) and subsequently shipped the car across the Pacific later that year and have spent some time here in North America since.

Tomorrow I will return to my car in New Jersey storage after FOUR YEARS, with my mechanic, veteran of the RAF, brother who is flying in for two weeks to help me get the car up together again for a road trip cross country to California.

I am looking for some place in New Jersey that we could possibly work on the car for a few days to get the Civic sound and stable for the journey and wonder if there is anybody out there who may be able to offer us some support with this venture now. Also anyone who may be between New Jersey and California in that wide open space who may be able to offer a yard, garage or space to work in should the need arise as we head west....
