Up for sale is my 1996 Honda Accord EX Coupe. I am only selling it as I want to move to a CE1 wagon, and have found a great platform to start with. I purchased this vehicle in May after my previous Accord was stolen and wrecked.

The vehicle has the stock F22B1 motor. While it is up there in miles, the F22 motors are rock solid if taken care of. Its not a rocketship, but the Accord does have a bit more grunt than a stock Civic, and gets up to freeway speeds with ease. The previous owner did a great job maintaining the car. The engine bay is super clean, and there are no major leaks of any kind. The Automatic transmission shifts smooth and works perfectly. The radiator had a hairline crack when I purchased it, and it was replaced, along with the upper hose. Just did the first oil change under my ownership on 9/7. The car runs like a dream and should continue to do so for a long time. The only leak I have found has been around the distributor. I just ordered new seals, along with a new cap and rotor to replace the current ones for peace of mind. Will be installed as soon as the parts arrive.
I have gone to great lengths to clean the interior of the car since purchasing. The seats were steam cleaned upon getting the car. Same goes with all the interior panels, consoles etc. They were deep cleaned, and removed from the car, and disassembled if needed (I have a few before/after pics if interested). I have replaced the steering wheel with that from a Honda S2000, for a better look and feel. The horn and airbag still function properly. The cruise control just needs to be soldered together, the wires are already color matched and ready to do so. I also located a factory leather auto shift **** to match the steering wheel. The interior of the Accord is one of the selling features of me for this generation. Its miles better in looks over the CB Accords, and actually offers more front seat driver room vs the 6th Gen. If you're a big boy like me (6'4"), you can fit easily in the front seats. The long coupe doors make getting in and out a breeze.
The exterior is in overall great condition for its age. While not the original paint (which was terrible from the factory), it was resprayed the original Eucalyptus Green Pearl, and still looks very fresh with very few blemishes. There are a few small noticeable dents, 1 on the hood, and 2 or 3 on the side, which can easily be removed with PDR. I have clay bar'd and waxed the paint. A proper detail would do wonders in going the next step to make it shine.
I replaced the headlights on the car with Depo SiR spec blackhoused lights. Not only do they look much better, but they also are a nice upgrade int terms of output, and adjustability over the OEM ones. I also have an OEM sunroof visor I will include with the car. In addition, I have a full set of leather door panel inserts, which I have used SEM color coat to match very closely to the interior gray of the car. The leather panels are a very nice upgrade over the factory cloth ones. I have converted each of my other Accords to leather, I just haven't had time to install this set. I also have a leather arm rest I can include.
**I currently have aftermarket suspension and wheels installed, which will be reverted back to stock before selling** I may have a set of Bilstein HD/Eibach ProKit suspension available I can include with the car. I just need to check my storage.
Asking Price: $2700 OBO
Please message if interested, or if you have further questions.
This is a bit on the high end for these cars, BUT it is in great condition for its 23 years of age, and one of the few Accords that still looks great, and hasn't been beaten to ****. And being a California car, there is 0 chassis rust as well. It will make a great daily driver or awesome base of a project car for its next owner. I'd keep it myself, if it weren't for the fact of wanting a wagon, and having found a few local ones that meet my criteria.

I had 330k on my f22. Still ran perfectly fine. GLWS
Thanks! My first Accord had similar miles, and the motor was still rock solid. Needed some new seals and gaskets, but ran smooth as ever until it was totalled.
