04 accord v6 running to lean
If you have a lean bank I would start looking for a leaky gasket on your intake manifold. It is not uncommon for the metal gasket on the block side of the manifold, or the rubber gasket on the other side to start leaking air creating a lean condition. Sometimes if you put your ear near the manifold while it is running you can hear a sharp puffing or clicking noise that is air leaking. With the engine off you could try to force smoke, some people use a cigar and blow the smoke, from the air box up through the engine intakes looking for smoke escaping where it should not. If you are sure you have a lean condition and the engine seems to run fine other than that, I would replace the intake gaskets on that bad side and see if that fixes the problem.
